Open Positions
3 RolesLead design concepts from initial client briefing through to project completion. You’ll translate client aspirations into cohesive spatial narratives that balance beauty with livability.
What we’re looking for
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Minimum 2 years of residential / luxury interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required); optional software experience is a plus: Google AI Studio, yfk20, Canva, Photoshop, Adobe
- Strong space planning and material selection skills
- Excellent communication with clients and contractors
- Portfolio demonstrating completed residential projects
Be the first touchpoint for prospective clients — understanding their vision, presenting our design approach, and guiding them from inquiry to project confirmation. You’ll represent the DEzeno experience.
What we’re looking for
- Background in sales, real estate, or interior design industry preferred
- Confident communicator with a consultative selling style
- Genuine passion for design and beautiful living spaces
- Target-driven with a record of closing high-value deals
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
- Commission structure on top of base salary
Keep the financial and administrative engine of DEzeno running smoothly — from invoicing and supplier payments to expense tracking and record management. You’re the backbone that lets our designers focus on design.
What we’re looking for
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with hiring, bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic accounting software (e.g. SQL, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office tools
- Good written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English
- Prior experience in a construction, renovation, or design firm is an advantage
