Dezeno Sdn Bhd (1057095-P) is a renovation and interior design company registered in Malaysia, holding a CIDB G7 licence. Office: Level 6-1, Wisma Miramas, Jalan 2/109E, Taman Desa Business Park, Taman Desa, 58100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

02Using this website

• Content on this site is for general information. Photos and 3D renders show past or proposed work and may differ from your final result.
• Do not copy, reuse or republish our photos, renders, drawings or text without written permission.
• Do not misuse the site, including trying to break its security or submitting false bookings.

03Consultations and bookings

• Design consultations booked through the site are free and carry no obligation.
• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice by WhatsApp if you need to change or cancel your slot.
• A booking is confirmed once you see the confirmation screen. We may contact you to reschedule if needed.

04Quotations

• Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Any tax that applies is shown on the quotation.
• A quotation becomes binding only when both parties sign it, or sign a separate contract.

05Contract and payments

• Every project is governed by its signed quotation or contract. If anything there differs from these terms, the signed document wins.
• Payments follow the schedule in your contract. Work may pause if a payment is overdue.
• Materials and custom-made items are ordered only after the related payment is received.

06Variation orders

Any change to the agreed scope, design or materials after signing is a variation order. Each variation is priced and agreed in writing before the work is carried out, and may change the timeline.

07Site access and approvals

• You give us access to the site on agreed working days and hours.
• Unless agreed otherwise, you obtain building management or JMB approval and pay any renovation deposit they require.
• We follow building rules on working hours, noise and debris removal.

08Timelines

Timelines are our best estimate. We are not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, including late approvals, supplier or shipping delays, changes you request, site conditions found during work, weather, or events such as floods, pandemics or government orders. We will tell you promptly if a delay arises.

09Materials and finishes

Natural materials such as stone, timber and veneer vary in colour, grain and pattern. Samples, photos and renders are a guide; small differences are not defects.

10Defects

Our defects liability period is 3 months from handover, unless your contract states otherwise. Report defects in writing with photos. We will inspect and fix defects caused by our workmanship or materials we supplied. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or items supplied by you or others.

11Designs and photos

• Drawings, 3D renders and designs we create remain our property until the project is paid in full, and may not be given to other contractors to build from without our written consent.
• We may photograph the completed space for our portfolio and social media, without showing your name or address. Tell us in writing if you do not want this.

12Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the contract concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of rental income or business. Nothing here limits rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.

13Privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction over any dispute.

15Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date you book or sign applies to you.
