Refund Policy

01Free consultations

Design consultations booked through our website are free. No payment is taken, so no refund applies.

02Design fee

• Cancelled before design work starts: refunded in full.
• Cancelled after design work starts: the fee is not refundable. You receive the drawings completed up to that point.
• Where the design fee is credited against a renovation contract, that credit is lost if the contract is cancelled.

03Renovation deposit and progress payments

• Cancelled before any work starts or anything is ordered: the deposit is refunded less costs already incurred, such as site measurement, drawings and management approvals, shown to you in writing.
• Cancelled after work starts: you pay for work done, materials delivered or ordered, and costs we cannot recover. Any balance is refunded.
• Custom-made items (cabinetry, carpentry, cut stone, made-to-measure glass and fittings) cannot be refunded once production starts.

04Defects are fixed, not refunded

If something we supplied or built is defective, we repair or replace it under the defects terms in our Terms & Conditions and your contract. Refunds are not given in place of repair.

05How to cancel

• Tell us in writing by email to hello@dezeno.com.my or WhatsApp +60 19-663 6601, with your name and project address.
• The date we receive your written notice is the cancellation date.

06How refunds are paid

• Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account that paid us, within 14 working days of agreement.
• Refunds are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Bank charges, if any, are deducted.

07Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your rights under Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
