The client requested for a fast tracked and heavy security based tech (IT) office setup. All meeting rooms, conference room, co working space were well equipped with best acoustic panels for noise control, security doors and well planned emergency route. Green electrical controls (smart) system were also implemented for significant energy saving and speedy network setup.
